More
than 50 organizations, foundations, associations, groups, media and
broadcasting get together to request the creation of a National Park
at "La Fidelidad" through a Facebook page.
La Fidelidad (Fidelity in english) is a pristine area without people
living inside and wich still have all the extraordinary biodiversity
of the Argentine Chaco: jaguar, giant armadillo, tapir, chacoan
peccary, collared peccary, giant anteater, ocelot, etc.
This property had already been proposed as a National Park by Nea
Delegation of the National Parks Administration due to its rich
biodiversity, large area and strategic location, however, for various
reasons the project never materialized and now, after the
assassination of its owner, is in serious danger of being destroyed
forever.
